
1990s California Cult Cabernet and First Growth Bordeaux
WAITLIST ONLY. On Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 in New York City Levi Dalton will host a comparison of legendary wines from the 1990s, with top California Cabernet being served alongside top Bordeaux. The evening will begin with a Champagne reception in a Private Dining Room of Union Square Cafe and the accompanying dinner will feature the most lauded wines of the Napa Valley and Bordeaux. These will be served over a three course sit down meal. This is a chance to try mature examples of these wines, from similar vintages. The evening will include a specially prepared three course food menu, Champagne, and the following pairings:

The Burgundy Dinner Everyone Has Been Asking For
On Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 in New York City Levi Dalton will host a dinner featuring red Burgundy from producers he knows extremely well through cellar visits and interviews. The evening will begin with a Champagne reception in a Private Dining Room of Union Square Cafe and the accompanying dinner will feature some personal favorites as well as a look at a Grand Cru producer that changed ownership. The wines will be served over a four course sit down meal. This dinner will feature some superb wines. The evening will include a specially prepared four course food menu, Champagne, and the following red Burgundy:

The red Burgundy Dinner on June 16 in NYC is $882 per person, all-inclusive of food, wine, service, taxes and fees. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated when possible. The wines will be served from 750ml bottles.

On Thursday, Sept 24th, 2026 in New York City Levi Dalton will host a dinner featuring a comparison of red Bordeaux, with one vintage from the 1980s as well as one vintage from 1990s featured from the same producer. The evening will begin with a Champagne reception in a Private Dining Room of Union Square Cafe and the accompanying dinner will feature a chance to see for yourself what may have changed over two pivotal decades for Bordeaux. This will also be an opportunity to drink some excellent, mature wines. The wines will be served over a four course sit down meal.
